This pouch is designed to be attached to the plate carrier as a drop-down accessory using Velcro. Or as a standalone fanny pack. The main compartment can accommodate Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) items and can also be organized into smaller sections for specific individual needs.
Comes with waist strap and plate carrier adapter.
